Michael Green hails from the picturesque city of Jackson, Mississippi, but for the past 15 years, Dallas, Texas, has been his home. His journey to the Lone Star State was inspired by a lifelong love for the Dallas Cowboys. After college, Michael wasted no time in packing his bags and heading to Dallas in pursuit of his dreams.

Entrepreneurship has always been in his blood from selling candy in the hallways of middle school to currently running multiple six-figure businesses. Michael has helped hundreds of small business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, and seasoned business owners establish and scale their businesses nationwide. A wide span of business knowledge, mentorship, and his own personal experience has fueled his capability to help others grow.

Carlos V Spencer is a graduate of the University at Buffalo, former Div I Scholarship athlete and former NYS police officer. He owns two companies (Carlos V Spencer SPEAKS & Grace N Mercy productions). He is a father, a business man and a leader. Carlos is also the author of the book ‘Flip the Switch’. His main goal in life is for his children and children’s children to one day look at pictures of him and to say ‘thank you’. His motto is LET’S GO, LET’S GROW, LET’S GET IT.

I aim to inspire and motivate individuals through speaking. I have personally experienced the transformative power of words spoken by other accomplished speakers, which has profoundly impacted my own life. Consequently, I am well aware of the tremendous potential for personal growth and life-altering change that effective speaking can bring.
